We try to opt for direct donations to the contributors you think are doing good work. I usually put their names on the releases when they send a PR.

Got it. Since I don't work in coding or software development I have no reference for how much the time spent doing the work is valued in fiat. Is there a good source for that somewhere? I'm asking because I feel like I'm just randomly picking amounts to zap.
