It made that much of a difference?

I recently got a goose feather (not paying for down, geez!) pillow and I really, really like it. Bedding is next. I've been using wool for blankets for a while. I do want to try an earthing sheet at some point.

Yeh man even 2 nights in now it's crazyyy 😂😂, thought it was placebo after the first night but damn

I wanna try sleeping grounded as well but not easy for me in current living situation

If you want to be sure it's not a placebo, switch back to the PE sheets for a night and see what happens.
