Oh! Apparently it's two different airbases. The one above was Olenya Air Base, 1800km from Ukraine. This one is Belaya Air Base, 4400km:

Obviously Ukraine is smuggling in drones somehow, along with explosives, and using operatives in the area to launch and pilot them. Impressive stuff this deep inside Russia.
Discussion
Locals in Olenegorsk, Russia, are claiming that the drones were launched off a truck without the knowledge of the driver. He was told to deliver a payload to a specific spot. And when he stopped drones started flying out of the truck automatically. (I had a Ukrainian speaker verify this video says this)
If Ukraine has actually pulled that off, holy shit.
