These data are wrong, these nodes are accessible nodes, that is to say that they have the corresponding port 8333 open and also compute those that are behind tor but there are missing nodes that are not accessible because they have the port closed.

This graph shows both accessible and non-accessible nodes and as you can see we are nowhere near the ath, I would even say that it is worrying that the number of nodes is not growing.
