Our developers are IDIOTS. Indians don't buy in malls. They buy branded stuff online and groceries etc from supermarkets / supermarkets or just get them home delivered
No one goes to fucking malls. No one
Just imagine there are 700+ ghost malls with less than 40% occupancy and almost zero footfall
