After setting up an account, what are the 2-3 most important things a new Nostr user should do, e.g. pick a relay list, run their own, relay, etc.

Contrast this to traditional social media apps that force you to pick topics and accounts to follow.

You could start following hashtags you like. E.g. #introduction to see fellow new nostriches. Or any other topic. Of course you can use one of the "trending" sections to find interesting people too.
