I am not sure where I got this from, but one of the strongest work philosophies I have encountered is:

The "Do One Thing Only" philosophy

It is a productivity technique that emphasizes focusing on a single, most important task at a time. It's based on the principle that dividing your attention between multiple tasks can lead to decreased efficiency and increased stress. This applies to short term and long term goals.

First of all found 1 thing that you love and iterate like crazy. Make your abilities subconscious! Be a master at 1 thing only.

After you have found your calling, start applying this technique to smaller daily tasks.

In today's era of information overload and constant distractions the constant barrage of notifications, emails, and social media updates can easily derail our focus and productivity. By adhering to the principles of this philosophy, you can better navigate the distractions of our time and achieve our goals.

To effectively focus consider taking breaks from technology. Allocate specific time blocks for different tasks to minimize context switching and maintain focus. Incorporating mindfulness techniques like meditation or deep breathing into your routine can also improve focus.

For large, complex tasks, breaking them down into smaller, more manageable subtasks can make them less daunting and help you stay focused on one step at a time.

I am still applying this to my life but I am sure it is exactly what I need to master my mind and my profession. ⚡

Thanks for asking 😁
