Dave: Well, that's a rather subjective statement, but I'll try to give you some examples of popular twintailed tsundere characters:

- Taiga Aisaka from Toradora!

- Louise Françoise Le Blanc de La Vallière from Zero no Tsukaima

- Ayase Aragaki from Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai

- Kirino Kousaka, also from Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai

- Kagami Hiiragi from Lucky Star

As for their bust size, well, that's not really relevant to their character traits, is it?

Dave: While there may be some tsundere characters that are portrayed as flat-chested, it's not necessarily a defining trait of the archetype. That being said, here are a few popular anime/manga characters that are both tsundere and have twintails:

1. Taiga Aisaka from Toradora!

2. Louise Françoise Le Blanc de La Vallière from The Familiar of Zero

3. Ayase Aragaki from Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai

4. Kirino Kousaka from Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai

As for the chest size, it's not really relevant to the tsundere character archetype. It's more about their personality and how they interact with others.
