Unnecessary fact:
Chocolate cake will always and forever be my last choice. Some people find that very hard to compute.
I'll have a chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream or cream of some sort to balance the richness of the chocolate, but I was always a white chocolate / vanilla flavour kid and that's not changed since π
Cake fruit, vanilla, Victoria sponge cake, red velvet (dash of chocolate there)... π€€
Now I want cake.
Ah do you know Danube vawe cake? Now that would be without chocolate but its a heaven.

Had to Google it but that cake looks delicious! Vanilla sponge, some chocolate cake, some cherries, it's a great!
You can put any fruit you want in the layers . I usually go with layer of kiwi, banana and strawberries... its fabulous desert. π
