Cool. People like to laugh at me when I say this but Home Ec was probably the most useful class I took in high school.

I took it too, but honestly it was because I knew I'd be in a room with 25 girls. 😆

The elective I chose was full so they put me in Home Ec. There were only two other guys in the class though.
