I think so. Greatly depends on taste and use. I love its simplicity and overall fun factor.

It struggles a bit on our mountain passes but with some tweaks, it will manage with ease.

In an agile and nimble sense then, yes. I think it's true. Driving one in Euro city streets is where it shines.
