nobody wanna withdraw or whatever rather pay anything get hands on whatever few sats of real BTC left - same this happened in Nigeria 8 months ago in physical market when NAIRA / USD -> BTC was around $50K when ticker in derivative LCD screen was just around $25K - so who were "sellers" then - either fools or whales or something who need cash to emergency spending cannot use BTC in such places at the time or can recycle
