You need a stable secure connection to run a full node correctly? And ideally you want to keep it operational in one place vs constantly moving it around ? Where is the best available information on running a full node ?

Even if your Wi-Fi goes out now and then, that’s ok. Your node will re-sync once you have service again, and you can also get Starlink or a Blockstream Satellite for more consistent connectivity.
