Thanks! I was just going to say that feet evolved over millions of years without a weird wedge lifting their instep an preventing it from moving right. And that arch support, lifted/cushioned heels, squashed toes, and inflexible soles are all terrible ideas that can damage your feet, knees, hips, and even back over time.
