Cleared data and cache then force quit and started over. It seems to be behaving for now. Still open to alternative recommendations. Especially something I can get open source using obtainium.

Wrong way. I want less notifications. Spren and buzzkill collect notifications, no sound or anything, for you to look at later at when you want.

It creates a middle ground between no notifications and interrupt my deep work right now.
