May have something to do with the ✡️ Resnicks who obtain the majority rights of the tax payer funded Kern Water Bank in California in 1994, which they use towards their industrial farm to produce pistachios and pomegranates?

✡️The Resnicks use over $150 billion gallons of water per year towards their private farm, while only allowing for 5% of urban water system needs to be met! Their farm uses over 80% of the state water while only contributing 2% towards GDP! They sell back the water to California for a profit!
