A short story, when I was 25 I worked on a ranch. The work was hard and strenuous. I was 40 pounds heavier than I am now, all muscle and I didn’t look like that photo at all. Frankly I could twist any gym monkey or steroid boy into a pretzel. I’m old now, and I still have a grip that can break bones in your hand and arms that can wrestle and win against anyone I know. I don’t work out at all, and never have intentionally toned up. I’ve never had problems attracting or satisfying women, and I don’t have testicles the size of peas. There are no short cuts to real strength, and real men know a pump and fluff guy when we see one, so why? Hang out with your friends and jack each other’s egos with unjustified compliments?
