idk about you but i come from australia and 18+ month old cow was the norm, but here in europe it's poxy pink stringy young cow about 1 year old

the beef can be found it's just hard to find

the difference is like night and day, there is absolutely no logic to why there's no beef in europe, but i'm sure it's eroding the soul of europe
