You can DDoS the review system by finding an underpaid reviewer who doesn’t care and lets it through. Once you do this you will eventually get a flag on your account and you won’t be able to anymore.

We did have few phone calls with them and they know we exists. Every review takes more than 48 hours now so we know it is getting flagged everytime.
