I'm at 70% of the book one. I had a hard time getting in, especially at the beginning - it didn't feel like sci-fi. And the names are hard to remember when you're not used to it.
Halfway through the third book of "Three Body Problem" and I'm already getting anxiety from the prospect of finishing the book. Insane saga, it gets even better after the second half of the second book (thanks nostr:npub1emdtsxly9m68m00x206t574jttp65vk0c2m89ms038q047yz7ylqcac9awfor the tip).
What epic science riction do you recommend for me next? The heavier the science, the better!

First is slow going indeed, for the first half, especially if you're not familiar with Chinese culture. Second book is the true masterpiece imo.
Yes, had exactly the same experience but it gets better. You can look forward to books 2 and 3 though, it gets so much more exciting!
