How do you know what mold you can eat off what cheese 🧀 ?
If there’s orange mould on the blue cheese, don’t eat it.

What about blue mold on yellow cheese ?
I’d cut it off if you’re desperate for cheese but it probably won’t be at its best. It won’t kill you though. Just a bit of penicillin. Good for building the immune system 😉
