Samourai's Dojo software are now refusing connections to bitcoin nodes that are recognized as running Knots. They will also by default ban peers recognized as running Knots (can be disabled by an environment variable)

Why would one waste cpu cycles peering with nodes that don't relay transactions YOU make? Malicious nodes should be added to your local ban list, simple as that.
