I'm not sure why I resent Primal... Might well be a bug in all other clients I have tired. What I do know is that I'm low-key afraid my gut feeling will reveal itself similar to that I've had with most of the internet things.

If XMPP thought us anything's is that a UX can get a client sufficient shares over a network to alter the protocol. Or just plain replace it.
