It's not about freedom of speech it's about performing transactions within the app that is against the policies on Apple's platform. Before doing potentially anything damaging and stupid it's best to seek legal advice. I am not a lawyer but my experience tells me that doing anything irrational may make situation even worse and more difficult. We are not in position to decide the rules of the game in the Apple house.
