Medinsky, the Russian head negotiator, says that after Ukraine bombed the civilian passenger train in Bryansk, Russians demand an Oreshnik missile on Kiev and want to stop negotiations.

-> Kiev specifically provokes Russia to drop out of the negotiations, so Zelensky can cry for more help.

Zelensky wants to go to Trump and say “You see Russia does not want peace”. But they literally bomb civilian trains now to achieve this.
