Or are they too specialized for another chipmaker to buy?

They don't have any fabs in the USA, it's under construction. The fabs are in Israel and I don't think that's going to last very long given many funds are pulling their capital out.
I have a feeling that the "international" job cuts will be mainly from there.
It's probably why Trump wants to fire the CEO on some silly excuse, because it directly affects Israel.
I'm sure lip bu tan told Trump it's either USA or Israel, not both.
