I have grown sweet potatoes the last couple years and have done pretty well. Tried some purple ones this year. They finally have cured out and look amazing. Unfortunately they taste more like regular potatoes…. Live and learn!

Yep, raised beds. Here’s a photo right after the first frost and I harvested them.
