It gets better. In Germany the government is raiding people's houses for meme's they've posted on the internet and a few days ago it turned out that if you offend, slander, meme Ursula you may face a fine of up to €3,750. The article applied to this is literally obsolete as "freedom of expression" is guaranteed under §5 GG (Grundgesetz). One exception is "Majestätsbeleidigung" or "insulting a majesty". That's how absurd shit is over here. Btw, Habeck used the same exception to raid a retired persons home for calling him "Schwachkopf" online which basically means idiot.
