This is not a recommendation because I've been waiting since March 2021 for delivery, but puri.sm librem 5 phone has hardware kill switches and non-tracking software. I'll be dumping my iphone as soon as it arrives. US made chips/phones are apparently shipping immediately but they cost almost as much as the Apple AR thing.
