Good days

There are some days that are just made to be good days.

Today was one of those days that God seems to have reserved just for giving to me. I’m sometimes so overwhelmed at how beautiful some of the most basic aspects of life can be, and I feel truly blessed for the life I have. I need to remember days like this so when there is a bad one, or a string of bad ones—or if it even seems that there are only bad ones left—I need to remember what the truth of being is, and how glorious it is that it could be nothing.

Somehow, some way, there is something and not nothing.

So long as we can be, there will always the total possibility of becoming. It is the glorious providence and possibilities that will always be contain in the possibility of becoming good.

The very fact that each new day contains the possibility of becoming, there is always the serendipitous chance, despite all the odds, that it could be good. For a roll of the dice will always abolish chance.

So long as we are being, there will always be the possibility of becoming. And what becoming will always have is the chance and possibility of somehow becoming good.

To remember the good days is to remember the possibility of something becoming good, despite the odds and chances.
