I can’t stand weights especially dumbbells. I prefer bands but I found these solid concrete weights at Ikea. They are seven pounds each, so heavy - I never go over three pounds but I can do so many exercises with these. I even put them on my legs for leg exercises. They’re amazing.🍩☀️🌬️🌹🍃✨💋🦁❤️
