How Long will they need to get really crusty?

They were in for about an hour at 140°C, but I don’t know the exact temperature in freedom units.

Afterward, I left them out to rest for 15 minutes.

They were heavily pre-seasoned, and I only took them out of the refrigerator moments before cooking to remove the membrane from the back. I would recommend leaving them out for a longer period to reach room temperature.
