so the criminals bail out that silver car that's rolling up onto the road off the grass, you can see like 5 or 6 of them probably well armed. and they bail and run into the shacks.
Cops chasing them bail out their vics and start firing immediately, so they're not shooting that far away, only about 30 to 40 meters at most, then it's close quarters favela vibes to chase/gun them down.
These cops in the foreground are actually just normal, average-Joe office cops, whilst the guys in the background moving in the field with rifles is a QRF/QRT force that move in those minibuses.
Since it's the festive season (our summer + December), so more cash is moving around, fancy cars or shops are stocked etc. so "crews" are basically more active, doing heists, Cash In Transit ambushes, robberies etc.
These guys are usually ex-military, ex-special forces etc. or just extremely well trained and well armed. I'm talking war-grade rifles, explosives like TNT, grenades, smoke as well as tactics like setting up covering angles while other team mates are setting explosives etc. very well organised and well funded too.
