I deleted the app off my phone. Can’t still get on my laptop but just haven’t the urge.

Twitter can still be useful for keeping up with companies, products and other useful users until everyone migrates over, then we can all collectively hit that delete button together.

The smooth scrolling UI of Twitter is still pleasing and you get access to an entire different newsfeed. I view them as complimentary at this stage of the game.

Well with the apparent algo changes, it’s almost like that never even matters anymore. I’m confused on why they’re pushing some stuff that they are. Like I was being pushed tweets that had no likes, accounts that had under 50 followers, and a lot of Elon tweets.
The only thing is, how will you connect with those who need to learn about nostr and bitcoin when the time comes?
That's what's holding me back. I like to educate and spread the love and joy of both.
I would like to, but nostr is still too echoey. Soon, I think.
Most of feed on Twitter is an echo chamber 😉
I have a number of lists with very little echo, and some other accounts for different topics. Nostr is like a hyperfocused version of my Bitcoin feeds.
I am anxious to have Lists over here. Some clients are working on that feature.

What do you see in terms of large scale onboarding wrt the current need for a lightning paywall to decent relays? Normies will see spam walls and go right back to the Bird or Meta apps.
I have thought about mentioning nostr in other Twitter communities I participate in, but I can't imagine anyone using it for that reason.
I did it this week. Didn't deactivate, just logged out and deleted the app. Feels good. I don't even know the password so I'll have to reset if I try to go back into it.
Use it as a recruitment tool. Still some stubborn Bitcoin holdouts who would be nice to see over here.

Dev team, development and security/safety still non-existent. Only thing I can figure is by placing Doge at the Overton Window line, Bitcoin looks as stodgy, conservative and safe as sovereign bonds used to.

Best things about having access to Twitter's Developer Portal. A little python and all 4008 of my Tweets permanently deleted. Then all likes. Then the account deleted.

It’s a no brainer for me to delete soon. I’m on my third or fourth account. When nostr spaces takes off it’s definitely the nail in the Twitter coffin.
I'm real close. Any day now really. 'Current' release on App store will seal the deal for me.
Current has a beautiful UI/UX, but needs a bit more polish. I installed it today and played around with it for a bit. I wouldn't want to use it as daily driver, but I'm very hopeful for it's future.
We just need to shill https://spaces.nostrplebs.com more and let people know this exists AND that we're working on massive UI changes with Nostr integration.

Forget the word receipt. If nostr users who are looking to delete their twitter accounts, post screenshots of their deleted accounts, I’m sure they’d be congratulated and zapped by people.
Can Twitter Accounts be totally deleted?Are they not on their Centralize Data Servers?They(twitter and other social media platforms) could still use your data can't they?Although as long as you have/remember your username/passwords you could still activate it can't you?
Unfortunately there is still some need to go there.

2. Say WTF to faketoshi and get blocked
