Saying whatever is on your mind is also a good trait, especially with a mind that is purified and has mental clarity, the truth is the greatest weapon of all, after all… it’s the truth.
At some level, I agree, but as a leader, you don't have followers on a samethemental level.
Even if it's true you should know the right time to say it.
You can't compromise important details in the name of transparency.
