What did you learn from nostr even? Cold storage!! Only kidding. Im sure service will be back up soon but you might want a separate stash for those hard earned sats friend.
I receive sats from Geyser, zaps or giveaways there. and I spend them by the 13th to pay my mother’s nursing home, that’s why I don’t use cold storage.

Well that makes sense. Nice of you to pay for her as well. I wonder if you can move the sats temporarily somewhere safer before spending them. WoS could get rugged I worry.
What wallet do you recommend? I like to have a customized lightning address and I don’t want to spend sats moving them in lightning network or opening channels.

Phoenix doesn’t have a lightning address. For me it was a good wallet but now it asks for sats to start using it.
Phoenix has LN address now. You just can't change it.
You need to open channel in Phoenix so it's for bigger amounts not zaps
