A lot of these neighborhoods around here terminate into huge retention basins that can only be managed with a heavy duty trimmer.

For the right price, I'll take it on, considering the snakes, wisteria, poison ivy, unsteady footing and getting pelted with debris.

If it was my land, I'd allow it to transition to a managed forest.
