I’ve gotten so use to self-custody with Bitcoin that reminders about how the traditional banking system works always blow my mind. I saw #[0]​ post the article below this morning, and I just find it stunning that full-reserve banks simply aren’t ~allowed~ to exist under the current regime. How incredible that we can opt out of this clown show with Bitcoin.
