While satoshi is the more popular subunit of bitcoin today, other denominations exist:

Deci-bitcoin (dBTC) - equivalent to 0.1 BTC

Centi-bitcoin (cBTC) - equivalent to 0.01 BTC

Milli-bitcoin (mBTC) - equivalent to 0.001 BTC

Micro-bitcoin (μBTC) - equivalent to 0.000001 BTC

Personally, I always liked centibits because it is mentally easier, like dollars. But .01 btc and .01 dollars are very, very different.
