in america, "the people" are the sovereign constituents of The Republic.

and "the people", in america, are state citizens, i.e. free WHITE MEN. as opposed to the disenfranchised women, and the sub-citizen "Persons" class whom were the blacks and other minorities.

The problem is that you have classified YOURSELF as a U.S. Person, a federal, statutorily-bound citizen, who has no g d-given rights...

YOU ARE THE DEMOCRACY. And you are not "the people".
