For me it usually means ānon-tech/politicalā people. The folks who watch the news and believe it.
But it isnāt defined the same everywhere, so I agree its utility is limited, as I recently learned.

Lol yea that makes sense š I just know that even Twitter is still confusing for a lot of people that would probably be considered normies. I think people will just use what they find useful, so things should be made useful and then improved upon for the people using it.
