My aunt was in a similar situation (4 engagements - 3 weddings). She thought she couldn’t have babies for 38 years then found out she was pregnant 6 mts after husband #3. She was 39.
Our family jokes that the baby is how we knew she got it right… hopefully it works out the same for your friend 🤞🏽
