Sanctuary cities are safe places for 'no humans are illegal' migrants so that's where they should be welcome—and should be encouraged to settle. Cities of refuge should be cities for refugees. Activist groups warn that there are entire towns and regions that are dangerous to go to for protected peoples because of their racism, sexism, jingoism, xenophobia and anti-LGBTQIA+ hate. We really should not be making anyone live there, places like Florida—especially not border towns. It's a conundrum.
