what display do you use? is it touchable? connected over hdmi?
I upgrade to a Pi Zero 2, TC runs much better now. With the old Pi Zero, the boot took 5 minutes and initial page load a few more minutes. This is smooth now:

Pimoroni HyperPixel 4.0 Square. It's a beautiful touch display connected to the 40-pins of the Pi. However, the current design is not working properly with newer Raspberry OS versions, so I don't know what's going to happen with them in the future, they've been out of stock for ages now.
