Looking at the FAQ, they say Bill Gates is not a part of the company. The fact that they lead with this makes me think Bill Gates has something to do with the company!

That being said, Wikipedia notes the following about citric acid:

So that's kind of interesting to me if the idea is for it to be consumed regularly on a bunch of produce.
