Yes, they use Prime Trust for custody. They do nudge you towards self custody though with automated withdrawals, etc.

The custodian is Prime Trust. If you wire the USD, you can withdraw BTC almost immediately.

If you ACH, its like a 30 day wait for the ACH transfer to settle and not chargeback against Swan. Then you can withdraw.
