Please stop sharing clips of MSM news.
I’m offering my attention to creators and reporters on this platform because I’m looking for something different than what I find in the MSM.
If you want to report news, spend some time actually breaking news on a topic with which you’re familiar, instead of just copying and pasting other people’s work.
If you want to report news, focus on breaking it yourself, with fresh insights on topics you’re familiar with.
Disagree, respectfully. I like the filter that folks here provide, since I don't spend time orherwise following MSM.

Totally cool with that. Disagreement is welcome. This is where it’s good that we can 1.) Follow the accounts we want and 2.) Create an algo that works for us, including one that filters out news we don’t want to see.

It is good to have also original content, but I disagree there should be no reposting. I personally spend 0 time on MSM unless sb brings it to my attention here. I also deleted X. Don't want to browse through multiple apps.

Yes. These "news" aggregators are worse than a waste of time. They serve only to amplify the propaganda for the lazy.

Perfect example of a great journalist to support.
The whole of Nostr isn’t your feed. Just follow the ones you want. I like to see a variety, including seeing some of what my friends may be getting fed. I can process it myself. But these folks that are sharing various news stuff from various sources, including msm, are fine. showing and sharing a broad sampling is just fine. You personally can always mute and unfollow the ones you want to hide from. But I don’t seek out news elsewhere, so the trickle of notable items is welcomed.
