The Palestinians have rejected a “two-state solution” five times since the end of WWII and the Israelis handed them Gaza, leaving them a thriving infrastructure, which they destroyed. They have proven themselves untrustworthy in their alignment with Hamas (who they elected) and even surrounding Arab nations are not willing to take them in."
