Unfortunately you're 100% correct. Most of them have been #captured and #corrupted by their own #greed.
They #rationalize cutting corners. Lying to patients, and compromising their care.
There has always been only one standard in medical practice. It's called Excellence. Combined with an ethical moral standard "to above all, first do no harm".
In other words. If you can't help them without harming them. Then you do nothing except try to keep them comfortable by relieving their pain and suffering.
All human life is precious, priceless and irreplaceable. Especially when it's under your care. Anything less is at best malpractice..😊
