May i ask what does this pay Server offers? Would it also be possible to Just have a normal ln wallet therefore ? Thank you already :)

The ability for an online store to accept on chain Bitcoin and lightning payments.

Doesn’t it also allow for receipts for customers and some method of accounting TXs?
